CPG200 – Compound Placement Gauge

Ovec's CPG200 Compound Placement Gauge is designed for Easy-Open and Full Opening Ends, testing up to 200 ends per hour and measuring compound placement to an accuracy of 0.1 mm. Placement is measured at up to 32 points around the circumference, providing data which is not dependent on operator skill. Automatic – Repeatable – Accurate.

Quick change parts are available for most Shell/End sizes and the gauge provides industry standard results both locally and via Ethernet network output. The new integrated curl opening function allows formed shells/ends to be loaded for testing with limited preparation required.
